para_SITE Gallery Preview for collectors, curators & guests

The preview of the para_SITE Gallery especially organised for collectors & curators as well as special guests was a great success.

We spent a lovely evening and had excellent food (says the chef herself ;)) so to speak as a starter Sweet Potatoe coconut cream soup with safran and ginger and followed by a risotto nero with squid and safran & ginger topped up with freshly grinded parmesan and as a dessert chocolate cake made by 'Super woman' (as we secretely call her - and its certainly totally true you would agree when u'd tried this cake) with a self made strawberry sauce made by 'Super Tini' topped up with the rest of the fresh strawberries.

Be there early tomorrow and you get some left overs that are now resting in the fridge but be as good if not even better tomorrow!! Maybe I'll make Risotto squid nero polenta rissoles tomorrow instead - delicious too.
